1. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@designmuster.com by an authorized project representative.
2. Project Review
Upon receiving a cancellation notice, DesignMUSTER technologies will audit completed tasks, pending milestones, outstanding balances, and reserved development hours.
3. Work Completed
The client remains responsible for payment for all work performed up to the official date of written cancellation notice receipt.
4. Reserved Capacity
If engineering resources were scheduled exclusively for a dedicated sprint, early cancellation fees may apply as specified in project contracts.
5. Third-Party Commitments
Any active third-party hosting, API provisioning, or external subscription costs established for the project will be terminated or transferred where permissible.
6. Deliverables at Cancellation
Transfer of partial work, source files, design assets, or database schemas upon cancellation is subject to full payment of all completed milestones up to the cancellation date.
7. Outstanding Payments
Any pending invoices for work delivered prior to cancellation notice must be settled according to original invoice payment terms.
8. Access and Credentials
Development server access, staging credentials, and staging API keys granted for the cancelled project will be revoked upon contract termination.
9. Data and Project Files
Staging databases and temporary build environments may be archived or deleted following project cancellation, subject to data retention policies.
10. Effect of Approved Agreements
Specific termination and cancellation clauses outlined in a signed contract or proposal supersede general website policy text.
