1. Project Scope
Each software development project is defined by an approved scope of work detailing system modules, user roles, database architecture, third-party integrations, and UI deliverables.
2. Deliverables
Specific project deliverables (such as frontend web code, backend API services, mobile builds, database schemas, and documentation) are itemized in approved proposals.
3. Milestones
Projects move forward through structured milestones (e.g., Discovery & Architecture, UI/UX Prototype, Core Development, QA & Testing, UAT, Production Deployment).
4. Payment Schedule
Payment schedules align with project milestones (e.g., initial deposit, mid-project milestone payments, and final deployment balance) as agreed in official quotations.
5. Timeline Assumptions
Estimated completion schedules depend on timely client feedback, milestone approvals, content provision, and API credential access.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear functional requirements, brand guidelines, test data, third-party platform credentials, and timely User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
7. Change Requests
Features or workflow modifications requested outside the approved scope of work require a formal Change Request detailing cost and timeline adjustments.
8. Revisions
Each design or development phase includes an agreed number of feedback and revision cycles specified in the project proposal.
9. Third-Party Services
Client projects relying on third-party APIs (such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, or cloud AI services) require client-maintained accounts and API subscriptions.
10. Confidentiality
DesignMUSTER technologies protects proprietary client business logic, trade secrets, database schemas, and operational data exchanged during project execution.
11. NDA Availability
We readily sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed architecture reviews or sharing sensitive enterprise specifications.
12. Intellectual Property
Upon complete settlement of agreed project invoices, custom application code developed specifically for the client is transferred or licensed according to contract terms.
13. Source Code
Source code repositories, deployment scripts, and configuration files are handed over upon project completion as defined in the master service agreement.
14. Deployment
Production deployment includes environment configuration, SSL setup, database migration, and domain DNS routing on the approved cloud host (such as Hostinger VPS).
15. Support
All custom software projects include a post-launch support window to address bug fixes and verify production stability.
16. Warranty Period
A post-deployment warranty period covers defect remediation for features delivered strictly within original scope specifications.
17. Maintenance
Ongoing software maintenance, security patching, framework upgrades, and feature expansions may be managed under a separate SLA contract.
18. Termination
Project contract termination terms follow agreed written notice periods and milestone settlement clauses in the signed proposal.
